[News] Epic Aircraft Business is Booming

Bend, OR, August 21, 2008 — Epic Aircraft is reporting record year- to-date sales activity for 2008, despite a sluggish U.S. economy. The company says their Oregon-based customer build center is at capacity with 22 customer aircraft currently in production, and more than 50 airplanes on the waiting list.

I was on their site today. An amazing fleet of mainly experimental aircraft but with certification to come on their jet and the LT. I was looking at the Escape - an experimental turboprop for five seats capable of 360ktas, which puts it close to VLJ territory of course. Good luck to them.
