Course Objectives
The course will provide the participants thorough knowledge of the rationale behind Risk Management (RM), Risk Assessment and Analysis and procedures of how to perform RM in an airline. The course will present the participants with a model to take home of how to perform Risk Management in own organization. Through lectures and exercises the course will give the participants the fundamentals of RM. At the end of this course the participants will be able to apply the fundamentals of risk management to both predict threats and prevent accidents.
Who should attendIndividuals involved in or responsible for risk management in own organization. This includes manufacturers, operators, government agencies, military, insurers, airline, commuter, business and helicopter operators, law enforcement and airport management.
