Does anyone have experience with couples working together on the same aircraft? If so, how has this worked out and did the third crew member feel isolated or included? Was conflict more apparent?
Just a disaster waiting to happen frankly! I definitely know from experience here that the whole show goes to worms and quite frankly I'm not sure it's very conducive to the relationship either. I don't think we would survive if my partner and I were to work together as well as live together!
I know of a couple that worked together for 12 months. He was a Captain and she the flight attendant. It seemed to work well but I assume it must be a delicate balance and long term I am sure there would have been problems but for a limited time it worked very well.
