I work for TAG UK. This is a fast growing company that had roots in the USA and now operates most of the world. The expansion has been rapid and it is exciting to see the changes being made to adapt to this growing market.

TAG UK has an open style mamagenent and employees are free to express themselves to managers without fear of persecution. There is a strong "no-blame" culture that management actively encourages. This allows for the relative sucess of an effective SMS system.
