View Full Version : Priority of Ground Services received
Individual corporate jets represent small customers for most airports, as the tend to flying to disparate destinations occasionally. Do you feel the treatment you by the handlers, ground or maintenance staff and fuel suppliers is satisfactory, or are your needs well down the list of their customer priorities ? This will be the subject of a more detailed poll on the forum in the future...

Most airports have dedicated handlers for business aviation. The handling seems to be satisfactory most of the time. Should a destination arise with agents handling airlines only, there does seem to be less personalised treatment, a good example is Luxemburg (terrible!!)

That's Luxemburg in general, not only airline-wise...
The two best FBO's I have used are Signature in Houston as well as Execujet in Zurich!!
I suppose the test of the service provision really comes to light when there is a problem. Especially when the problem affects many aircraft at the same time, it is interesting to see the relative level of service your aircraft receives....especially maintenance and slot allocation...

Good to know. Are there any league tables which ranks these companies ? Interesting bedtime reading - not that we get a choice of provider....
