Is this site intended to be a general pilots site? If so how does it differ from existing talking shop like the shrunked-plum one ?

A good question. No this site is intended to specialise in an area of aviation that is both fast-growing and underepresented in my opinion.
Corporate Aviation differs in many significant way from mainstream commercial aviation, and this site is intended to provided forums for discussion of this industry.
Of course there will be more general discussion concern aspects that affect all aviators. But as far as we know this is the first discussion forum devoted to corporate and business aviation !
