Although once purely the preserve of our military brethren, Head Up Displays are being seriously considered for smaller jets. As reported in Avionics magazine:

"Cessna has looked at HUD technology but has not perceived a strong customer interest, according to Bergfeld. "Right now, HUD systems seem to be in a price range—and especially in a size range—that would be difficult to put in our size business jets. Even with our largest jet—the Citation X—when talking about how much it costs to certify and sell to the marketplace, [HUD] has a very low demand at this time."

Dassault is offering one as an option on its Falcon 2000, although it will be a significant cost. About 50% of Falcon buyers take this option according to reports.

Any views on its benefits?

The last Falcon I flew didn't have one - but my new company (which has 2 F900EASY) have them - i'm starting to use them and sofar i'm pretty impressed.

I haven't been game to use it right down to landing yet just en-route till i get used to it.
