Where have you been that handling services were exceptional and what was it in partiular that made them so good?
Good question. For me, it would have to have been Signature in Houston. They were almost offended when the pilots' started putting on the engine covers as the ramp guys insisted it was their job. Once we finished packing up the aircraft, they drove our car to the foot of the stairs and asked what time we would like the aircraft on ramp for departure and with how much fuel. We returned three days later (to the steps of the aircraft in our car) and the aircraft was fully ready to go.
What makes a handling agent exceptional is the same as in any service industry, they go beyond the expected level of service to exceed a customers needs.

Rupert, you made me laugh! You are correct, I did mean Best but in your title instead of "Agent" you called it "Ageny", was it a genuine mistake or a clever joke?
