Hi,
I am a Polish pilot with Polish JAA license, but I fly on the aircraft with a G reg. Polish CAA has big problem with ICAO English exams. They issue some extra documents to be kept with a license until you pass the exam (I don't think they meet ICAO requirements). I hold FAA CPL with IR as well and FAA will give me English Proficience endorsement without any exam. But the question is: Is FAA license with an endorsement for a pilot using JAA license according to A/C reg, will be OK for the ramp check?
Any other problems or remarks on ICAO English Proficiency requirement?
