I am always impressed by the standard of food provided on corporate flights ( I suppose it is expected !) but I am intrigued to know where the menu ideas come from ? Obviously the major airlines provide contract catering, but from what I understand this is not the same for the smaller corporate operations. Anyone care to explain ?

Thanks

Assuming that the crew get offered some food, nothing that crumbles will be just fine ! Keeping the interior clean is difficult enough...

Can anyone suggest snack ideas for a corporate jet. It will be a long flight and we need something small to tie them over between meals.

Good question, assuming they eat the same food then the quality and the budgeting will be commensurate with the passengers I would hope :-)
