Did you find your last aviation job through an agency, word of mouth , recruitment advert or other ? Who made the initial approach ?

All my jobs in corporate aviation (not that many!) have come from word of mouth...........

The good thing about these kind of jobs is that there is often no competition. And no competition means you are prequalified for the job and flexibility in package and terms...but then with the pilot shortage set to get worse, I can't imagine this will be a problem ;)
