How many other flightcrew members do you know in your company (or % of total) and how often do you meet them face to face ? Do you have regular Ops meetings where all must attend ?

We are four pilots' and two flight attendants so meeting up is easy. I can imagine getting many crews together at the same time is not probable as people needs days off, the schedule must continue and then there is leave as well, not to mention the never ending training.....

Thats interesting, and I think either Adam or yourself touched upon it before: the difficulties in achieving good communication across a company are compounded by the difficulties in bring people together.

Luckily with widespread email, and sites such as these (!) at least you can be kept up to date in other ways. I am talking non operational stuff here - more the kind of information that you may not think is essential, but makes you think that you are part of the company even though you often work in isolation. For some that is not important I guess, but I am sure it has an effect on morale.
