I have just been reading about allocation of scheduled airline aircraft to routes/destinations/schedules to maximise loading and efficiency. How does this apply to the corporate operation ? How could bookable operating hours and hence revenues be increased ?
Is making you aircraft available to a wider number of clients the answer with the associated risks, or is it better business to concentrate on one or two with predicable behaviour ?
Obviously this will be dictated to a certain extent by the aircraft ownership, but the operating company clearly has a strategy it believes will work...
