Do you pilot an aircraft which the owner is qualified to fly ? If so, does he/she often do this ?

Not I! But I feel for the people that do. That situation requires a delicate balance between satisfying his/ her desire to fly and being assertive enough to ensure all legal requirements are met. (Depending on the experience level of course)
